Proposal Manager

Job description

Casale SA, leader in chemical plant design (ammonia, nitrates and phosphates, urea, methanol, melamine, syngas) and operating on a worldwide basis is seeking a Proposal Manager. The offered position is within the Commercial Division.

The main responsibilities are:

• Works in coordination with Area Sales Managers to assure proposals prepared are in line with customer’s expectations and needs;
• Reviews customer’s requests and analyzes the ITBs received;
• Organizes and holds the internal bid kick-off meeting with all involved departments;
• Coordinates the team during the technical proposals preparation to assure clients requirements are met;
• Calculates the project costs and defines the budget for pricing calculations, with the support of the estimating section;
• Prepares the preliminary project cash flow in coordination with the estimating section;
• Prepares commercial proposals and all required bidding documents in line with customer’s requests and company standards;
• Drafts the contracts and/or analyses the contracts received from customers with the support of legal department;
• Prepares the internal documentation necessary for the hand over of the project to the project management for the execution phase.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Czech
