Job description

Casale SA, leader in chemical plant design (ammonia, nitrates and phosphates, urea, methanol, melamine, syngas) and operating on a worldwide basis is seeking a graduate or a Ph.D.
The candidate will have the opportunity to start his/her professional career in a growing company, working in a challenging and multicultural environment.
The Competence Booster Program offers a 12 month learning experience working in varios position and areas within Casale: Engineering, Process, Projects Commercial and Digital. At the end of the Program there will be the Casale Competence Booster Certificate.

Program:

• Discover our Engineering Division: selection and application of machinery in Casale's plant; prepare technical documentation; get to master piping components and their management from design to installation at th econstruction site.

• Discover our Process Division: get an iside look at how we define the architecture of our plants and the basic definition and sizing of all its components; attend technical meeting with our customers, collaborate with Engineering and R&D Division to get acquainted with steady state and dinamic simulations, understand the concepts of designing sustainable plants and decarbonizing old insallation.
• Discover our Commercial Division: dive into our products and technology portfolio, getting up close and personal with the commercial aspects of our sales area and customer relations; experience the development of a commercial offer; work closely with our Sales and Marketing & Communication Departments.
• Discover our Projects Division: experence first-hand industrial project management, starting from a plan project, our Project Managers will show you the ropes, how to plan, monitor and analyze budgets, costs and revenues (everything needs to be done to actually bring a plant to life); look at materials procurement, from purchasing to delivery, and experience a plant construction site firthand.
• Discover our Digital Division: You will discover how our cutting-edge digital technologies are applied to solve challenging thermodynamic and process simulation problems using our in-house computational codes, how we manage and store business related data using advanced databases, and how we perform data analysis to get enterprise insights.
  

• You will also discover how our R&D Division and the Casale's Departments work, to fully understand how we operate as a Company.

Job requirements

• Education: Bachelor, Master or PHD in engineering field
• Experience: no previous experience required
• Languages: English and Italian
